The Department of Politics at Princeton University seeks a Senior Research Specialist for a 12-month position to support ongoing research on race and ethnic politics and experimental methods. The research specialist will maintain their own research agenda (approximately 15 hours per week) and work on collaborative projects with faculty affiliated with the Princeton Research Lab on Politics, Race, and Experimental Methods. In addition, the research specialist will provide mentoring and supervision of graduate and undergraduate researchers affiliated with the lab in a team-based environment. The research specialist will also help to manage data collection efforts, analyze data, and other research-related activities. Administrative duties will include lab management and arranging invitations and travel of external speakers. Finally, the research specialist will be expected to participate in the broader intellectual life of the Politics Department at Princeton University.
Start date is on July 2025. This is initially a one-year position with the potential of renewal up to two years.
