The laboratory of Thomas Gregor is seeking to an advanced imaging specialist in the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics at Princeton University. The Gregor lab, housed in Jadwin Hall in the Department of Physics, applies advanced imaging methods and builds custom microscopes to interrogate the mechanisms of molecular development.
The position will be primarily responsible for working with the Principal Investigator and lab personnel to implement such advancing imaging systems, including, for example, a lattice light sheet microscope. Other responsibilities include contributing to the design and conception of new instruments, maintaining current systems and training users on those systems, and other tasks as needed in the lab.
